In our first session, we'll dive deep into your health history, current lifestyle, and eating habits. I want to understand you—not just what you're eating, but how you’re feeling physically and emotionally. Together, we'll set clear, personalized goals to address your unique needs and create a roadmap that aligns with your vision for health and wellness.

After getting to know your unique needs, we'll create small, gradual nutritional changes that ease into your daily life. This isn’t about restrictive dieting—it’s about nourishing your body with whole, natural foods and supplements that support your health. I’ll guide you on making sustainable food choices, and help you integrate them into your life in a way that feels easy and realistic.

I believe that true change happens when we address not just what’s on your plate, but your relationship with food. During our sessions, we’ll explore any emotional eating patterns, cravings, or negative beliefs about food that may be holding you back. Together, we'll work on shifting your mindset and creating a healthier, more positive approach to eating.

Nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle. I’ll also help you explore other aspects of your lifestyle—like stress, sleep, and physical activity—that impact your overall health.
